Founding Story and Values

Event-Tenders was started by hospitality professionals who saw a need for reliable, licensed mobile bartending services tailored to Northeast Florida’s event scene. We recognized the stress hosts face when managing alcohol service — liability concerns, inventory planning, staffing, and coordination. Event-Tenders was formed to remove that stress.

Leadership and Team

Our team is composed of experienced bartenders, bar-backs. Each team member is background-checked, TIPS-certified (or holds equivalent responsible service training), and trained in emergency protocols. Our lead mixologist brings experience in cocktail development and menu design, focusing on balanced flavors, seasonal ingredients, and crowd-pleasing signature drinks.

We take risk management seriously. Event-Tenders maintains comprehensive liability insurance and adheres to all licensing and alcohol service rules in Florida. Our staff are trained to:

• Check IDs consistently and refuse service to minors.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and refuse service when necessary.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations to avoid spills and hazards.
